What can I expect?

When you start a chat, a contents specialist will price a contents list with 1 to 20 line items in 30 minutes or less. You will be able to communicate with us in real time.

 

What cannot be processed real time in the chat?

Due to the more complex nature of jewelry items, pricing cannot be given during a chat. You are always welcome to submit the claim through Live Chat and we will have it valued by one of our jewelry experts and back in your hands as soon as possible.

 

How do I get a copy of the completed pricing?

For your convenience, pricing will be provided directly within the chat window. After the chat is concluded, we will also send a copy of the evaluation to you via email. If you would like an ESX file, please provide a copy of the file in the chat. (If an ESX is not provided during the chat, we will default to our CVR and send a copy for your records.)
