Lee’s insurance career spans two decades, beginning in 2005 as a field manager. Since joining Alacrity in 2021, Lee has held the roles of Vice President of TPA Operations and, most recently, President of Claims Operations. In that role, he spearheaded the Alacrity Intelligence Initiative, a company-wide effort to modernize the AI-powered technology underpinning claims operations, driving measurable performance gains across the business.
Lee’s promotion reflects Alacrity’s continued investment in its people and technology as the company scales its claims management and recovery solutions as a premier provider.
