Acquisition Further Expands Alacrity’s Suite of Services in the P&C Insurance Industry
Fishers, IN – November 15, 2023 – Alacrity Solutions Group, LLC (“Alacrity Solutions”), a recognized leader in insurance claims management services in North America, today announced the acquisition of Cross Country Adjusting (“CCA”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CCA, founded in 2005 and based in Pageland, SC, provides residential and commercial property claims adjusting, with an expertise in claims resolution and quality. CCA offers a full suite of services including property claims management, field & desk adjusting, and TPA services through a national network of skilled adjusters.
